Terms & Conditions for Promotional Booking Offer
1. Promotion Period:
This offer is valid for venues that book four (4) or more dates in 2024 by 29th February 2024 at 9:00 PM AEST ("Promotion Period").
2. Discount Offer:
Eligible venues will receive a discount of $1200 for booking four (4) full-band (4-piece) performances within the Promotion Period. Additional dates booked concurrently before the deadline will also benefit from proportional discounts. Discounts for bookings requiring other line-ups (duo, trio, etc.) will be discussed individually.
3. Booking Requirements:
To qualify for the discount, venues must provide all intended booking dates upfront. Dates are subject to the band's availability and confirmation. Dates can be negotiated post-qualification but must remain within the calendar year 2024.
4. Blackout Dates:
Bookings are not available on Christmas Day (25th December) and New Year's Eve (31st December) under this promotion.
5. No Deposit Required:
No deposit will be taken to secure the booking dates. However, the band reserves the right to issue invoices for any outstanding amounts detailed in signed contracts.
6. Date Reservation:
Dates will be held for 24 hours following initial agreement during the Promotion Period. To secure dates, it is recommended to contact the band directly via phone at (03) 7044 1928.
7. Contractual Agreement:
A contract detailing the booked dates, performance expectations, and other relevant terms will be sent to the venue. This contract must be signed and returned to confirm the bookings.
8. Changes to Bookings:
Any changes to the dates, locations, or times of the booked performances must be confirmed in writing. Acceptance of such changes is at the sole discretion of the band.
9. Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation by the venue, the band reserves the right to apply a cancellation fee as detailed in the contract. Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
10. Compliance with Australian Law:
These terms and conditions are designed to comply with relevant Australian legal frameworks, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for fair trading and consumer protection.
11. Liability:
The band shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.
12. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through mediation in accordance with the rules of the Australian Disputes Centre, prior to any legal action.
13. Amendment:
These terms and conditions may be amended by the band at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to the venue in writing.
14. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or territory in Australia where the performance is booked.
This promotional offer is made by Party Pack ("the band"), and by participating in this offer, the venue agrees to these terms and conditions.
